Powdered milk dumplings with chocolate recipe
2 Cups of Cornstarch
3 tablespoons of powdered milk
1/2 can of condensed milk
1 tbsp. butter (soup)
100 g of melted dark chocolate
In a container we put the cornstarch and milk powder.
Add the condensed milk together with the powdered milk and begin to work the ingredients, until we form a dough that does not stick to your hands.
We form small balls of 2.5 cm in diameter and with the help of a fork we crush them so that the mark of the teeth remains.
We butter and flour a baking sheet, put the cookies and take to bake.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.
After this time we remove from the oven and let cool without removing from the plate so that they do not break.
While we wait for them to cool down, we melt the dark chocolate.
We take the cookies and only wet half. We put them on a plate with plastic wrap and take them to the fridge, until the chocolate has hardened.
