Russian Salad
Ingredients:
-3 carrots
-2 potatoes
-1/2 cups peas, cooked
-3 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
-1/2 cup mayonnaise
-2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
-taste salt and pepper
Preparation:
Read more on next pagen a board, cut the carrots and potatoes into small cubes.
In a pot of water over medium heat, cook the carrots for 10 minutes, drain, cool and set aside.
In a pot of water over medium heat, cook the potatoes for 20 minutes, drain, cool and set aside.
In a bowl, combine the cooked vegetables, onion, mayonnaise, parsley and season.
