Rustic rolls: the simple, quick and delicious aperitif

Ingredients:
1 roll of puff pastry
150 g herb spreadable cheese
12 slices of bacon
1 egg
Grated cheese

Preparation:

Roll out the puff pastry roll and spread the cheese.

Then cut some strips and add the bacon.
Roll up each strip and form the rolls.
Cover with grated cheese.
Bake at 200° for 25 minutes.
