Single Apple Pie Bites

This delicious Apple Pie treat is just as awesome as the full size Apple Pie, only this recipe is super easy to make and makes smaller treats that are easier to grab on the run.

Apple Pie Bites have a flaky crust, delicious apple pie filling center that is spiced just right, and of course the sprinkling of cinnamon sugar over the top.

These can still be served warm with a scoop of Vanilla ice cream or a dollop of Whipped Topping.

Everyone I have served these to, has literally fallen in love with them and begged for the recipe. Then they laugh when they realize just how easy it is to make them.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Could I just use a can of Apple Pie Filling?

You certainly could, and that would make these even easier to make. However, part of the enjoyment is in the making of them and a little bit of work is not so much to ask.

            How do I store these?

I leave them on the counter for up to 2 days. If it is just me that is eating them, I will likely place them into the refrigerator immediately, in an airtight container.

Can I freeze these little pies?

Yes, they can be placed into a freezer safe bag or freezer safe container and placed into the freezer for up to 3 months.
