Ingredients:

Ketchup ¼ Cup
Yellow Mustard 1 tbsp.
Brown Sugar 2 Tsp

Meatloaf:

INGREDIENTS AMOUNT
Tenderloin or 96% Lean Ground Beef 1 lb.
Whole Wheat Bread (Without Crust) 1 ½ Slices/Shredded
Vidalia Onion, Chopped 1 cup
Egg Whites (Large Eggs) 3
Salt Pinch
Pepper ½ tsp
Ketchup 3 tbsp.
Mustard, Yellow 1 tbsp.
Worcestershire Sauce 1 tbsp.

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Prep a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, shredded bread, chopped onion, egg whites, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Pour the mixed sauce ingredients over the ground beef mixture. Work the sauce into the meat mixture using your hands.
  6. Form the loaf and transfer it into the prepared loaf pan. Place it in the oven.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes, ensuring the meatloaf is fully cooked.
  8. Take out of the oven, set aside, and allow it to cool for 10 minutes.
  9. Cut into 5 equal pieces, plate, and serve.
