Sloppy Joe Garlic Bread

This is one of those recipes that will surprise and astound you. These are the types of foods my mind imagines when I want a snack but am not sure what it is that I want.

I stood one evening, in front of the refrigerator looking at bits of food remaining from the last couple of meals.

Suddenly, I thought of combining two of my favorites in one dish, just to see how it worked out.

My family now requests this as a full fledged meal. This is a simple, yet savory, and extremely flavorful meal.

I wish I would have realized how delicious and easy this would be to make, it would have been on my menu long ago.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Can I make my own Garlic loaf?

You definitely could make your own. I find that buying the frozen Garlic Toast makes for a quick and easy meal.

Can I substitute the ground beef for Turkey?

Substituting ground beef for a different type of meat is a no brainer. If your family likes pork, turkey or even chicken; you could easily use that instead.

How would I store any that is leftover?

Not that you would have any left after the meal, however, wrapping it tightly in plastic wrap or placing it into an air tight container will allow you to keep it stored for up to three days in the refrigerator. You could also freeze the Sloppy Joe Garlic Bread for up to 2 months.
