Ingredients:

  • 1 large baguette or French bread loaf
  • 8 oz steak (sirloin or ribeye), thinly sliced
  • 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

  4. Sauté Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the butter and sauté the onions, garlic, and bell peppers until softened, about 5 minutes.
  5. Combine Ingredients: In a bowl, combine the cooked steak, shrimp, sautéed vegetables, shredded mozzarella, shredded cheddar, and chopped parsley. Mix well.
  6. Stuff the Bread: Spoon the steak and shrimp mixture into the hollowed-out baguette halves, pressing down to pack the filling tightly.
  7. Bake: Place the stuffed bread in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the bread is golden brown.
  8. Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
