Ingredients:
- 1 large baguette or French bread loaf
- 8 oz steak (sirloin or ribeye), thinly sliced
- 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined

Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare Bread: Slice the baguette in half lengthwise and hollow out some of the bread from the center, creating a trench for the filling. Place the bread on the prepared baking sheet.

Cook for about 4-5 minutes until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook for about 3-4 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the butter and sauté the onions, garlic, and bell peppers until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Combine Ingredients: In a bowl, combine the cooked steak, shrimp, sautéed vegetables, shredded mozzarella, shredded cheddar, and chopped parsley. Mix well.
- Stuff the Bread: Spoon the steak and shrimp mixture into the hollowed-out baguette halves, pressing down to pack the filling tightly.
- Bake: Place the stuffed bread in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the bread is golden brown.
- Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
