Steak fajitas with rice

Fajitas
Marinade:
1/3 cup lime juice
1/4 cup pineapple juice
3 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic minced
2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp brown sugar
2 tsp chili powder
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Pinch of red pepper flakes
Chopped cilantro

Add to marinade:

1.5 lbs skirt steak, cut in strips
1 large onion, sliced
2 assorted color bell peppers, sliced

2 tbsp oil for cooking

In a large cast iron skillet over high heat, add oil and then add ingredients to pan and cook 3-5 minutes depending on your doneness preference. Do not over crowd the pan. May need to cook in batches!
