Tasty and Quick Bread in 6 Minutes

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon sugar (5 grams)
1 teaspoon salt (5 grams)
One tablespoon of vegetable oil (10ml)
1 tablespoon yogurt (20 grams)
1 glass of warm milk (200 ml)
2.5 cups of flour (300 grams)
25 grams of yeast

Directions:

In a large glass bowl, mix the salt and sugar. Add the vegetable oil and yogurt, and mix well. Pour in the milk and stir until the mixture is completely homogeneous.
Add the flour and yeast, and mix with a spoon until the dough becomes sticky. Knead with your hands for 10 minutes or more. The dough should be smooth, with a great texture, and should not come loose from your hands. The dough is now ready to rest for 20 minutes to rise. If you let the dough rest, it will rise and have a fluffier texture. The dough must rest so that the yeast can act and leaven the dough, causing it to double in size.
Once rested, knead the dough again and divide it into 12 equal parts. Shape each part into a ball and place it on a board sprinkled with flour.
With the help of a rolling pin, take the balls one by one and open them, leaving them round and very thin.
