Hot Honey Shrimp Deviled Eggs:

Ingredients:

For the Shrimp:

1 lb shrimp, seasoned with Ashley Seafood Secret seasoning

2 tbsp oil

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup honey

2 tbsp rice wine vinegar

2 tbsp sriracha

Juice of a lime

3 tbsp minced garlic

Red pepper flakes (optional)

For the Deviled Eggs:

8 boiled eggs, cut in half and yolks scooped out into a bowl

1/4 cup mayo

1 tbsp dill pickle juice

1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1 tbsp melted butter

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Season the shrimp with Ashley Seafood Secret seasoning.

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, rice wine vinegar, sriracha, lime juice, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes (if using).

Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for about 2 minutes on each side, until they form a ā€œCā€ shape.

Pour the prepared sauce over the shrimp in the skillet and allow it to thicken. Once thickened, remove from heat and set aside.

In a bowl with the scooped-out egg yolks, add mayo, dill pickle juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, melted butter, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Using a spoon or a star piping tip, fill each egg white half with the deviled egg mixture.

Top each deviled egg with a cooked shrimp.

Serve immediately and enjoy!

Note: You can garnish with additional chopped parsley or chives if desired.
